House Redistricting Case

On January 27, 2012, Paul Wison filed an action in Cole County Circuit Court on behalf of a bi-partisan group of Missouri citizens claiming that the re-districting plan for the Missouri House of Representative is unconstitutional and that the Apportionment Commission violated the Sunshine Law.
