Karen E. Hajicek, joined the firm, as a partner in 2019. Karen is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant as well as an Attorney and has over 20 years of experience assisting clients with estate planning, probate, estate and trust administration, taxation and business planning.

A graduate of Harding University in Searcy, AR (B.B.A. Accounting, 1992) and the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law (J.D. 1995), Karen has also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Missouri School of Law and College of Business and is an author for the Missouri Bar CLE Deskbook series.

Karen is a member of the Boone County, Cole County and American Bar Associations, the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Mid-Missouri Estate Planning Council, as well as a former board member for the Community Foundation of Central Missouri.

Karen married to Brian and is a “sports mom” to three busy sons.
